Master Eye Associates is focused on not only serving your eyecare needs but doing it in such a way that you are an enthusiastic patient. We want to take your financial risk out of wearing contacts.
Therefore, we promise that if your contact lenses are not totally
comfortable and up to your total satisfaction that we will either solve the problem within 60 days or refund any extra contact lens exam fees that you paid to us.
The Comfort Fit Guarantee does not include any refund on contact lens materials or products. However, Master Eye Associates will provide you COMPLIMENTARY lenses during the time period that the contact lens evaluation and management period is in progress. You will not have to purchase any lenses during the time prior to finalizing your contact lens prescription so there should be no lens materials requiring refund.
