Dr. Ethan Zimmerman is a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. He also has a special interest in ocular disease as well as perioperative care in refractive procedures such as LASIK, PRK, and RLE.
Dr. Zimmerman was born and raised in Niles, Michigan. He attended Hope College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and played Varsity football for four years. He earned his Doctor of
Optometry degree from the Michigan College of Optometry in 2020. After graduation, Dr. Zimmerman
moved to Austin to pursue a residency in Ocular Disease and Refractive Surgery at Dell Laser Consultants.
Dr. Zimmerman is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society, the American Optometric Association, and the Texas Optometric Association. He is passionate about his family, health and fitness, sports, and music. He also enjoys spending time with his wonderful English Bulldog, Benson.
